Our Nylon/Biothane Hybrid System combines the durability of Biothane with the flexibility and adjustability of heavy-duty nylon webbing. It’s designed as a practical middle-ground option for customers who want reliable performance without the added weight or cost of a full Biothane harness.

The base components of the breeching and breast collar are built from durable Biothane, which provides excellent strength, weather resistance, and long-term durability in the areas that experience the most wear.

The adjustable straps are constructed from 1" heavy-duty nylon webbing, offering flexibility and easy adjustment while maintaining excellent strength.

Instead of traditional buckle adjustments, the system uses three-bar sliders, allowing the straps to be quickly adjusted by simply sliding the webbing through the hardware. This makes fitting the harness straightforward while still providing a secure hold once adjusted.
