Shipping Expectations

We have a small team of highly skilled craftsmen and we build in small batches to maintain the quality you demand. While we strive to get orders out as soon as possible, due to increasing demand we are experiencing longer shipping times. Currently, sewn products such as duffel bags, saddle bags, and panniers are taking 14–21 days to ship. Pack saddle systems and tack are taking 30-45 days to complete. If you have a specific date you need your item by, please contact us before placing your order — we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, box size, and number of boxes. We ship via UPS for larger packages, and USPS or FedEx for standard domestic orders, and DHL for international shipments. We recognize the system isn't always correct, so if you are overcharged for shipping, you can expect a refund automatically — no need to ask.
