The Premium Beer Steer™ Package is our most complete and refined setup for Highland cattle used at weddings, breweries, ranch hospitality events, and festivals. This package includes our premium stabilization system along with ComfortStride® mini cinches, providing enhanced comfort, durability, and performance.

At the heart of the system is our Mountain Ridge Gear sawbuck pack saddle, a proven design trusted by packers for stability and balanced load distribution. The saddle is paired with our TrailBreeze pack pad, which promotes airflow and helps keep the animal comfortable during extended use.

For maximum saddle stability, the Deluxe package includes a full Biothane breast collar and breeching system. Biothane is extremely durable, weather resistant, and easy to clean, making it ideal for animals working at public events.

The breeching and breast collar are constructed entirely from Biothane with ¾" roller buckles, allowing for quick, simple adjustments while ensuring a secure fit. Roller buckles make tightening straps easier and help reduce wear on the material over time.

To enhance safety, the breeching includes a stylish buckle cover designed to prevent the cow’s tail from becoming caught in the buckle hardware. This small but important detail helps prevent irritation or sudden movement that could occur if a tail becomes trapped.

This package also features ComfortStride® mini cinches, designed to provide improved ventilation and moisture management compared to traditional felt cinches. The breathable mesh construction helps reduce heat buildup while maintaining a secure and comfortable fit.

To complete the system, the Deluxe package includes our wooden Party Panniers with restaurant-style insertsdesigned to hold ice and beverages. These inserts are easy to clean and provide a clean, professional presentation for serving drinks at events.

Sizing Guidelines

The Beer Steer™ system is currently designed for Highland cattle measuring approximately 40 inches or less at the shoulder.

For larger Highland cattle, a larger 18" pack saddle may provide a better fit and improved weight distribution.
