Overall service and quality was very good. Supportive customer support and answered questions. Ordering was easy, shipment was efficient and even a little earlier than expected. Two areas for improvement: 1. Provide an illustration for set up, and proper fit. 2. Plastic buckles are weak, one broke the second time we placed it on our mini horse.
