Ordering & Shipping

What are your current lead times?

Most products are built to order. Lead times vary throughout the year depending on demand.

Current estimated lead times are posted on our website, but if you have a specific event or trip coming up, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

We primarily use DHL for international shipments because we've found it offers reliable service and often provides significant savings compared to other international carriers.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Choosing the Right Equipment

How do I know which saddle is right for my animal?

We're happy to help. Simply send us your animal's height at the shoulder along with a few side-view photos. We'll recommend the saddle that best fits your animal.

Why do you ask for photos?

Every animal is built a little differently. Photos allow us to evaluate back shape, body condition, and overall conformation so we can recommend the best-fitting equipment.

What if I'm not sure what size to order?

Don't guess—contact us first. We'll walk you through the measuring process and help you choose the correct size.

Beverage Burro Questions

What comes with a Beverage Burro package?

Our packages include everything you need for an event, including the saddle, pad, cinches, Party Panniers, and, depending on the package selected, a breast collar and breeching.

Can I use my Beverage Burro at weddings and public events?

Absolutely—but proper training, liability insurance, and a comfortable, well-fitted pack system are essential. We recommend introducing your animal to crowds gradually before attending public events.

Pack Saddle Questions

What's the difference between the ComfortStride® and a traditional sawbuck?

A traditional sawbuck is an excellent choice for most healthy donkeys with a typical back shape.

The ComfortStride® Adjustable Pack Saddle is designed for flatter-backed animals, overweight donkeys, and customers who want maximum adjustability.

Can I use your pack saddles on other animals?

Yes. Depending on the model, our saddles are used on donkeys, mules, horses, miniature ponies, Highland cattle, goats, llamas, and other pack animals.

Product Care

How do I clean Cordura® nylon?

Brush away loose dirt, rinse with water, or wash with mild soap if needed. Always air dry. Never place nylon products in a clothes dryer.

Does BioThane® need conditioning?

No. Unlike leather, BioThane® requires very little maintenance and does not need to be conditioned.
