Nylon/BioThane vs. All BioThane Systems – What’s the Difference?

Our beverage burro packages offer two rigging systems, each designed to meet different needs depending on how you plan to use your setup.

Nylon/BioThane Hybrid System (Standard Package)

• Uses heavy-duty 1" black nylon webbing to connect the breeching and breast collar
• Adjusts with 3-bar sliders for a secure, reliable fit
• Extra strap length can be managed by sliding the adjuster to take up slack
• Built for strength, durability, and simplicity
• Designed for situations where frequent adjustment isn’t necessary
• Offers a wide fit range to accommodate many donkey sizes
• A more economical option without sacrificing performance

All BioThane System (Premium Package)

• Constructed entirely from BioThane® for a clean, professional appearance
• Features roller buckles for quick, easy adjustment
• Straps include pre-punched holes for consistent, repeatable fit
• Excess strap length can be trimmed for a clean finish
• Ideal for customers who want a refined look and faster adjustments

Note: Trimming straps is not recommended if you plan to use the system on multiple animals, as it reduces adjustability.

Which One Should You Choose?

Pad Options

• Full Coverage Pad: Built with the same performance-driven construction as the TrailBreeze™, but with full back coverage for a more traditional look

Sizing Guide

• Small Standard: Fits donkeys approximately 40" to 46" at the shoulder
• Standard: Fits larger donkeys up to approximately 12.2 hands
