We understand ordering online without seeing and touching an item can sometimes be a leap of faith. If you receive your items and realize it is not what you wanted you may return new, unused items within 30 DAYS of delivery for a full refund. Your business is important to us, if the return is a result of an incorrect item, defective in materials or labor, or for any other reason that we deem appropriate, we will offer store credit of $15.00 to defray the shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your item (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We ship to virtually anywhere in the world. Currently we primarily use the USPS and UPS. If you require another mode of delivery than what is listed please e-mail us and we’ll see what we can do.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Privacy
We value your patronage. Your information will never be sold or given to anyone! We are also not in the habit of sending out SPAM e-mails.
Made to order manufacturing
All of our gear is made-to-order. Which simply means, when you place an order we cut and sew your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. In many cases it won’t take us that long, however, we ask that you be patient. If for some reason this shipping policy does not apply to a specific item, the policy that does apply will be clearly stated under the product description. After all, anything worth having is worth waiting for! Lifetime Guarantee
If, for the life of your item, you ever find a defect that was the result of a mistake made in manufacturing we will replace or repair your item. (see Return Policy) If your item suffers damage from normal wear and tear and you need it repaired please contact us and we will be glad to fix it. However, there may be a charge for repair and shipping.
Color Variations
Please note that we make every effort to match the colors of our fabrics over time. We use only the best quality materials and try to order in the largest quantities of fabric as possible to reduce costs and ensure color consistency. All items that are ordered at the same time will be made from the same bolt of fabric to ensure the closest color match. If you order items at different times they may be made from different bolts and the colors may vary slightly. Also note that as with any fabric, the color will fade if left exposed to direct sun light over extended periods of time.
