This bag is approx 1300 cu inches in volume. The clam shell design allows full access to the contents. The tactical part: there are five rows of Molle (PALS webbing) on the back for attaching pouches, and a zippered pocket on the outside, behind the molle. In the internal portion of the bag there are two large zippeerd pockets (one mesh one pack cloth), plus pockets for pens, flash light, business cards and other small items. The handles are Milspec 1" tubular nylon webbing, double bar-tacked for strength. The 1” tubular webbing has a breaking strength of 2400 pounds! The bag is well made with urethane coated 1000D Cordura nylon. 1000D nylon is 10X more durable than cotton duck, 3X more durable than standard polyester and 2X more durable than standard nylon. All of the connecting points are double bar tacked for strength and durability and all seams are bound with 1" nylon grosgrain binding tape. The bottom of the bag features a tough, rubberized woven polyester fabric. The fabric holds up strongly to wear and abrasion while also offering grip and non-skid capabilities in both wet and dry conditions. It is waterproof, fire retardant, washable, cold crack tested to -40F and withstood 12,000 revolutions on the Taber Abrasion Test, plus, it is soft and washable. The bag comes standard with a padded shoulder strap and ITW Nexus or National Molding buckles that can be attached in multiple configurations depending on the load. We have also added a 42" external strap with two ITW Nexus or National Molding buckles that serves as both a waste strap or a method for securing the bag to the handle of a a carry-on roller bag. The four external attachment points, front and back, work well for mounting on most tactical packs. Finally, to protect your belongings, the TMP-W is lined with 2.2 pound density, anti-absorbent, 1/4" closed cell foam. You will not find a better built bag on the market! Made in Colorado Springs, USA!
